Playformance believes that play is the best tool for connecting people and building memories that you and your child will treasure forever. Your child’s birthday is special; for you and them! We promise your family will have SO MUCH FUN in our incredible, clean, and safe indoor playground and will leave feeling loved and cherished by the Playformance staff and by their friends and family. There is no place that cares about your family like Playformance.
Each 2 hour party includes:
30 minutes set up time
90 minutes of custom playtime and games in the play space
30 minutes of built-in celebration time for cake, etc.
FULL facility rental of our 7,000 sq ft gym space, lounge, and porch area.

Choose our classic Playformance Party! You get full facility rental, a dedicated staff of coaches, a party host, 90 minutes of game play and 30 minutes of additional celebration time, 20 guest admissions, and memories to last a lifetime! This party is designed to have children dropped off. Only kids ages 6+ allowed in the playground space to keep the play safe and fun. Adults may peek in or ask for a tour but are encouraged to enjoy our outdoor space or Borderlands Brewing, right next door! Siblings and other guests under 6 years of age may be included in the guest count of 20 IF they are fully supported and supervised by a parent or caregiver AND that person is also included in the guest count. Additional guest admissions available for $20/each with advance notice. Planning on lots of younger guests? Choose the Family Play Playformance Party (add-on)!

Choose the Building Blocks Party! You get full facility rental, a dedicated staff of skilled coaches, a party host, 90 minutes of play and 30 minutes of additional celebration time, 10 child guest admissions and 10 caregiver admissions, and memories to last a lifetime! This party is geared to the needs of young children and their families. This party is designed to have everyone play and enjoy the party together, just like at our popular Building Blocks class! Additional spots available for purchase $20/each with advance notice. (Base Price)

If you don't want to stress about headcount, ages, or saying no to Aunt Susie, choose the Family Play Party! Perfect if you have lots of different ages of guests and adults that want to play too. This party is good for multigenerational guests 4+ (Children under 4 years old will have a designated play area and need to be within arms reach of a caregiver at all times). You get full facility rental, a dedicated staff of skilled coaches, a party host, 90 minutes of game play and 30 minutes of additional celebration time, 30 total admissions, an additional coach, and memories to last a lifetime! This party is designed to have everyone play and enjoy the party together! (Base price + $200)

Choose the Playformance Nerf Party! You get full facility rental, a dedicated staff of coaches, a party host, 90 minutes of custom nerf game play and 30 minutes of additional celebration time, custom nerf set-up and build, 20 child guest admissions, nerf weapons, eye protection, and ammo, and memories to last a lifetime! Children ages 8+ ONLY allowed in the playground. (Base price + $200 add on)

YES! We will even help you carry it in! We encourage simple healthy food but trust in parent's judgement. We have a full sized fridge and freezer available for cake, ice cream, and or drinks. Go big and cater, get pizza delivered or throw a bag of carrot sticks out and call it a day…it’s your party!

YES! Families can come as early as 30 minutes before the start of the party to set up food and decorations. Please remove decorations after party. Don't worry we'll help! Don’t want to decorate? NO PROBLEM! Our space is already cool looking and fun and your kid will love it either way.

YES! ALWAYS! Get comfortable at Playformance and know we are not going to rush you through your party or split the focus with another family. Your party is a full facility rental, this means that nobody else will be in the gym other than your guests! We will focus totally on your child and your family.

YES and YES! Both are fine and depend on the desires of the host family and the party that was booked. Parents are encouraged to drop kiddos off and go enjoy their day! Parents are also welcome to hang out with their parent friends! Children under 6 years old that are participating in a party MUST have a caregiver stay at the gym with them.

Kids will play amazing games and be invited to explore freely in our beautiful 7,000 sq ft indoor playground! Coaches will customize the event for your child’s needs and age and the size of the group. (Please see above timeline for specifics)

If the caregivers of the kids attending the party are staying at Playformance, they are now welcome to enjoy themselves in our comfortable air conditioned lounge and on our front porch during the party. Food and drink is welcome inside the lounge but not on in the playground. Caregivers are welcome to check in on their child or ask for a tour of the gym but are asked to gather and socialize on the porch or lounge. If caregivers choose to stay in the gym they will be expected to play and included in the participant count.
If the caregivers are leaving their kiddos at Playformance they are encouraged to enjoy the many restaurants in the downtown area. Some of our favorites within a short walk are EXO coffee, The Cup Cafe, and Tap and Bottle! Adult guests are welcome to head over to Borderlands Brewing right next door. Alcoholic drinks are not permitted inside Playformance.
If your party is a Building Blocks party or your child is under 6 years old, a caregiver is required to stay and will count as a participant.on

YES! They love tips and it really reaffirms that you were happy with their service. We are able to charge your account after your party or you can tip in cash. Tips are very appreciated if you feel the staff deserves extra recognition. There is, of course, no obligation.

There is a pay lot directly adjacent to Playformance on the east side of the building. The parking is $3 for the day and you can streamline your parking process on the day of the party by downloading the GoTucson downtown parking app ahead of time and creating an account. All the metered parking along the street is free. There are MANY other lots and spaces very close to Playformance. Here is a map of all the downtown parking!

Hey, life happens. You may cancel or reschedule your party if needed due to conflict or illness.
Party cancellation policy: Full refund (minus $100 booking fee) available up to 10 days before your party date. If cancelled with less than 10 days before party, there are no refunds unless we are able to rebook the party time with someone on the waitlist. If in the unlikely event that Playformance needs to cancel your party, a full refund will be given.
Parties may be rescheduled according to availability up to 1 week before the date of original party minus a transaction fee of 4%. If your reschedule or cancellation is due to illness or injury, exceptions may be made on a case by case basis.
