Travel Team athletes going on the Adventure Hike will meet at 6:45 AM at Bear Canyon Trail Head off of N Bear Canyon Road. Please pick up at 12:00 pm at the same location.

This will be an out and back hike, with 8 miles total and around 700ft of elevation gain. We will be moving at a consistent pace, with plenty of time for exploring the Seven Falls at the furthest point in the hike. This is a wonderful trail with some great rock features. The Hike will likely break into two groups, with a faster group heading all the way to Seven Falls and a separate group stopping at an earlier water crossing to play.

Hikers please bring 3-4 liters of water, plenty of snacks, and a big hearty lunch in a light backpack.

Please wear hiking boots or trail runners, a wide sun hat and sun shirt, and light clothes you can move in.

Hikers must show up with the correct gear to join the hike. If gear is needed, please reach out ahead of time to Coach Jakelynn on GroupMe.

This hike will be led by Coaches Jakelynn, Peach, Noah and Maddy.
