Our regular scheduled parties are Saturdays 3-5pm.

YES! We will even help you carry it in and set it up! We have a full sized fridge and freezer available for use.

YES! You may come as early as 30 minutes before the start of the rental to set up food and decorations if you wish. Please remove decorations after party. Don't worry we'll help! Don’t want to decorate? NO PROBLEM!

YES! ALWAYS! Get comfortable at Playformance and know we are not going to rush you through your event or split the focus with another customer. Your booking is a full facility rental, this means that nobody else will be in the gym other than your guests and our team of dedicated coaches! We will focus totally on you and your guests.

Guest will play customized games and be invited to explore freely in our beautiful 7,000 sq ft indoor playground! Coaches will customize the event for your groups needs and wants. Our staff will reach out to you a week before and get final RSVP count and party theme.

Both! Playformance uses PLAY to unite groups and form memorable connections. Everyone, at every age can benefit from the experience of playing together. Your support team will walk you through our options when you book.

There is a pay lot directly adjacent to Playformance on the east side of the building. This lot charges a daily $3 fee on weekends. You can streamline your parking process on the day of the party by downloading the GoTucson downtown parking app ahead of time and creating an account. There are MANY other lots and spaces very close to Playformance. Here is a map of all the downtown parking!

If you feel that our team went above and beyond at your party or event, you are welcome to give an additional tip. Many families choose to tip but it is by no means required. Some families leave cash tips and others add an additional amount when paying the balance of their party. Again, tipping is not required. We understand parties are expensive and we appreciate you choosing Playformance for this important day!
